What’s your favorite book that you’ve written, and why?
I am excited about the new book I have coming out on 21st February 2025 - it is called Endometriosis - We are all Warriors, as I hope that it will raise much needed awareness about Endometriosis and how it affects physical and mental health, life, relationships etc.
What do you hope readers take away from your books?
I hope that readers will feel hopeful, aware, and know where they can get help and support where needed.
How do you celebrate when you finish a book?
I go out with my husband for a celebratory glass of prosecco.
How do you handle negative reviews or criticism?
It will happen, you can;t please everybody, I just keep on doing what I am doing.
If you weren’t an author, what career would you have pursued?
I am not yet a full time author, I would love to be! but my "day job" is providing administrative support to small businesses.
Do you write by hand or use a computer?

How do you decide on a book’s title?
I tend to just think of what I would look for if I were looking to read a book on the subject that I am writing about.
Do you write with a specific audience in mind?
My writing so far has been true storys, non fiction, with a view to sharing my stories and raising awareness on life topics.
How do you deal with self-doubt as a writer?
I tell myself that how I write and what I write about may not be everyones cup of tea, but if I don't write it I will not help others, and that's my goal.
