Karen's writing career has spanned three decades. She has penned a Moonbeam award-winning picture book as well as popular contemporary and historical romance. Presently, she is working on a new book for her contemporary romance series. 

When she is not writing, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and pets, including a very stubborn horse.
